This group will focus on psychoeducation and peer support - you do not need to be an ERA Wellness client to attend group, but this group is not a substitute for individual therapy.

1) Diagnosis ins/outs (or, why the DSM sucks)
2) Management techniques in a neurotypical world
3) Building support/finding your people
4) Thriving in a neurotypical world (or, why society sucks)
