ERA Wellness specializes in perinatal mental health, trauma, fertility, stress, and anxiety. We do a lot of work with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders - pregnancy and postpartum depression, fertility, anxiety, birth trauma, etc., but work with a lot of different people for a lot of different reasons for both individual and couples therapy.

ERA Wellness is a psychotherapy practice focusing on the experience and needs of women and parents. We value connection and authenticity, knowing that each person we meet has their own individual story. Our goal is deep, meaningful work that creates real and lasting change on an individual and societal level - understanding that parents and caregivers guide our collective future as they grow with and instill values in their children. We believe in community, celebration of all humans, and the deep bravery and wisdom of each client we meet.

We are committed to working with parents and other adults in life transitions, and believe that therapy doesn’t have to be a terrible experience. Yep, it’s going to be hard sometimes. But it’s also going to be worth it. You deserve to feel better and we can help.

What makes ERA different than other therapy practices? Well, we GET IT. We get what it’s like to be a parent and all of the pressure and stress and love that comes along with it. We operate first from a genuine human connection, and conduct therapy under that lens. One of the best tools for any therapist is the connection that they make with their client. Our style is genuine, authentic, and straightforward. A lot of times people come to us having had negative therapy experiences in the past. That is not the norm, and should not be the norm. You deserve a clinician that you’re comfortable with and that gets you. You deserve to feel understood, validated, and like you’re making progress.
