Jeni Everts Beier, LPC, PMH-C (she/her)
Clinic Lead & Psychotherapist
“As your therapist, my goal is to guide you through life’s toughest challenges with empathy, humor, and practical solutions—together, we find your path forward.”
I work with both individuals and couples facing tough challenges.
My clients are adults 18 and older- mostly women, though men are welcome too. Many of my clients are motivated and know what they want to improve but need guidance finding the right solutions.
A significant portion of my clients are navigating perinatal issues, including TTC, pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, termination for medical reasons, and recurrent pregnancy loss. I have deep empathy for those struggling in these areas and am passionate about supporting them through it.
I also work with couples dealing with communication issues, infidelity, parenting differences, or decisions about growing their family. I am remarried after becoming a widow and understand firsthand the challenges and rewards of navigating complex family relationships.
My sessions are calm, organic, and supportive, with a touch of humor—therapy doesn't have to be all serious. I don’t have all the answers, but together, we'll explore solutions. I’m here to guide, not dictate.
If you want a therapist who helps you process and then provides actionable steps, I’m a good fit. My approach is goal-oriented, motivating, and includes homework, so you can leave with new tools to apply in daily life. The goal isn’t to stay in therapy forever—it's to get you what you need and move forward.
I believe in treating the whole person, focusing on strengths, and tailoring each session to your unique needs. My approach blends person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapy, but ultimately, I adapt to what you need in the moment. I am accepting of all people and you are safe in my office.
Outside of work, I have a wonderful family. I'm a wife, a widow, and a mom to two kids with my late husband. I’m also a stepmom to two more, so our house is full of love and energy. We have a dog and a fish. I’m a Christian, and I enjoy golfing, music, traveling, and reading—I’m usually juggling 2-3 books at once.
I earned my Master of Science in Education in Professional Counseling degree at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Services Leadership degree from UWO as well. My clinical experience ranges from children with neurodivergence to adults with persistent mental health concerns, workforce development, and clinical supervision.
I love my work and am passionate about helping people reach their mental health goals. It’s amazing to see clients make progress and feel better.
