  • That’s totally fine. Breathe. Our sessions are structured to support you and where you are at with building things. Because the way I do things is completely individualized, you can be at any stage of private practice building.

  • Honestly? Not really. It’s just not my specialty. My practice is out of network very intentionally. I have some knowledge of insurance as I did work in a practice for several years that accepted many plans, but I just don’t know the ins and outs of contracts very well. I can support other areas of your practice, including cultivating more private pay referrals, but actually helping with credentialing is just not my area.

  • As often as we agree makes sense. I don’t have minimums for my business consulting clients. I intentionally keep the number of people I take on very small because I want you to have the support that you need. I’m not the right fit for everyone, and not every business is the right fit for me to help - that’s why we have a consultation call first to make sure we both feel good about working together. Right now all of my consulting work is individual 1:1 a la carte sessions, but courses and packages are on their way!

  • It really varies a lot, based on where you are with your practice and what you want to focus on. That’s why I do things on an a la carte basis right now, but courses and packages are on the way. We’ll first hone in on what you most want and need to work on - launching? Making initial practice decisions? Hiring? Marketing? Website and SEO?

    Basic sessions with me are $225/hour. I also offer 90 Minute sessions that are $350, as well as 3 Hour Intensives that are $750 if you really want to work through out a lot at once. Whatever session length you choose, we’ll agree on focus topics for the day and you’ll leave with action items.

There’s no one “right” way to run a private practice, but there is a right way for you. My practice is private pay and always has been for a lot of intentional reasons, but that’s not the only way. Your practice should speak to your needs, values, and style.

My consulting style is straightforward, supportive, and realistic. I won’t give you cookie-cutter advice - but I WILL help you design a business that aligns with your values, your clinical strengths, and your lifestyle.

As a group practice owner myself, I know both the challenges and the rewards of this work. I’ve been through the trial and error, and I’m uniquely equipped to help make your path smoother, less stressful, and more sustainable.
