At ERA, we believe strongly in giving back to our professional community, as well as helping ensure that everyone has access to good therapy, good therapists, and good therapy jobs (there’s a LOT of not great therapy out there, ya’ll).

Clinical Supervision & Consultation

Jeni offers clinical supervision for licensure to ERA employees as well as outside clinicians.

Emily offers consultation on perinatal cases and private practice building (either solo or as a group). She also assists other therapists in building their own private practices.

Fully and provisionally licensed clinicians will be considered when we do hire. All positions are W2, we do not have clinicians as independent contractors.
