Come work with us at ERA for all of that and more! We are looking for a new psychotherapist to join our team that is ready to take on clients and do really awesome therapy. We believe that clients are active participants in their healing and deserve something better than the run of the mill therapy experience. We know the therapeutic relationship is the strongest tool we have, and can utilize this in the therapy space to reach past the surface level coping skills and goals to the deep work that creates real and lasting change with our clients.

The ideal candidate for this role would have:

  1. training or experience in therapy with perinatal and reproductive mental health clients (fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, loss, parenting, reproductive health decisions, sexuality, etc.) or a willingness to obtain this training within 3 months of hire, 

  2. training in a somatic or trauma modality, and

  3. additional interests or specialties that complement our team.

Responsibilities:

  • A combination of telehealth and in person (office) sessions for adult individual and/or couples clients. Our office is in Whitefish Bay, and telehealth may be done from home when appropriate.

  • Create and maintain your own schedule within an agreed upon number of sessions per week. Days and times are flexible and at the clinician’s discretion with agreement of the Clinic Director. Our part time clinicians see approximately 10-17 clients per week, full time is considered 18-25.

  • Complete required documentation and assessments in a timely manner per clinic policy.

  • Attend and contribute meaningfully in team meetings and weekly group consultation.

  • Maintain Wisconsin state license in good standing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in related field with Wisconsin LCSW, LPC, LMFT, APSW, LICSW, LPC-IT, etc. in good standing

  • Interest or experience in perinatal and reproductive mental health

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Training in trauma modalities such as EMDR, Brainspotting, SE, etc.

  • PMH-C credential or other formal perinatal mental health training

  • 2-4+ years of experience providing psychotherapy

Benefits:

  • Compensation is a 60/40 split of all fees collected - fee is based on experience & licensure. Clinical positions at ERA are W2 only.

  • Supervision towards licensure is available on a case-by-case basis with a modified fee split
