“I believe clients deserve privacy, autonomy, and a therapeutic relationship built on real trust. Meaningful change can only happen when you know you are respected and valued.”
Healing begins when people feel seen, understood, and emotionally connected, so I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe enough to be honest and vulnerable.
My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that people already have strengths and wisdom we can build on together. Being fully engaged with my clients' experiences continuously inspires me to keep learning, and I believe growing as a therapist means remaining open and seeing different perspectives.
I work a lot with anxiety and OCD, and it’s where I’ve felt most connected. I also work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, mood disorders, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I especially enjoy working with clients who feel stuck in patterns that are difficult to change, helping them better understand themselves and find approaches that make a real difference in their lives. There’s a particular part of the therapeutic process that I enjoy most, when a client has been struggling and we find an approach that clicks for them. It’s incredibly meaningful to help clients build confidence and trust in themselves and begin to recognize what they’re capable of.
My work draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment-informed interventions, family systems, and Brainspotting. I also incorporate intuitive eating principles to help clients develop a more compassionate relationship with food and their bodies. I earned both my BA in Psychology and Masters in Clinical Mental Health and Rehabilitation from Ohio University.
