You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin therapy. Sometimes you just need a space where you can finally slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what you’re carrying.

I believe therapy is a space where you should be able to come exactly as you are.

You don’t have to have everything figured out or know exactly what you need from therapy. Sometimes, you just need someone to listen, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and gently help you see things from a different perspective.

I work with adults who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. My clients often come to therapy during times of transition or when they find themselves questioning who they are, what they want, or how they want to move forward. I’m especially interested in working with anxiety, OCD, trauma, family-of-origin experiences, relationships, identity, and the transition into parenthood.

I also enjoy working with women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Becoming a parent can bring so much joy while also bringing unexpected emotions, changes in identity, relationship challenges, and the pressure to somehow do it all “right.” As a mom myself, I understand that motherhood can be both deeply meaningful and incredibly hard, sometimes all at the same time.

I have a particular interest in working with adult children of immigrants who may be navigating questions of identity, family expectations, cultural differences, and the experience of figuring out how to honor where they come from while also creating a life that feels authentic to them.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from CBT, ACT, and IFS, while tailoring our work to your individual needs and goals. I believe therapy should involve both understanding where you’ve come from and figuring out where you want to go. Together, we can explore the patterns that may no longer be serving you while building practical tools, self-awareness, and greater self-compassion along the way.

I received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2009 and my Master’s degree in Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Chicago in 2011. I have been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois since 2014. After moving to Wisconsin with my family in 2025, I am completing the additional requirements for Wisconsin licensure through my practicum at ERA Wellness.

Outside of therapy, I’m a mom to two young children, so much of my life revolves around the beautiful (and sometimes chaotic!) experience of raising little people. When I have time to myself, you’ll usually find me biking, spending time in nature, watching a good movie, catching a concert, or wandering through thrift and vintage shops.
