At ERA Wellness, we believe that everyone deserves access to excellent mental health care. Below you’ll find our fee structure as well as important details about payment. If anything is unclear, we’re always happy to walk through things with you.
Our Providers & Fee Levels
Jeni Everts Beier, LPC, PMH-C; Gabrielle Trecek, LCSW; and Kelsey Philippi, LPC are Master’s-Level LPC or LCSW providers.
Christine Gallo, LPC-IT is a Master’s-Level LPC-IT / APSW provider.
What You Can Expect
Payment is collected at the time of service. Superbills are available upon request at the time of service. Please request superbills from your treating therapist or Clinic Director Emily Aleksy.
Our mission has always been to provide excellent, compassionate, and evidence-based care for every client who walks through our doors. In order to continue meeting this standard, we periodically review our fees and make adjustments when necessary, typically on an annual basis.
These periodic increases reflect our ongoing commitment to you, our clients, and to the team that serves you.

Work–Life Balance for Our Team: We believe our therapists provide the best care when they are also cared for. Fair compensation and sustainable schedules support their wellbeing, which directly benefits the quality of the work we do together.
Ongoing Training and Education: Therapy is most effective when clinicians are growing. This increase helps fund continuing education, specialty certifications, and advanced training so that we can bring the very best skills and approaches to your sessions.
