At ERA Wellness, your privacy is extremely important to us. This notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal health information, and it describes your rights regarding that information.

This notice is available to all new clients upon their intake with us, as well as at any time during their treatment upon request. It is also posted here for your availability at any time, but please let us know if you would like a paper or digital copy as well.

We make very careful and intentional decisions about all aspects of client care at ERA, including your privacy.

Protecting your privacy and maintaining strict confidentiality are foundational to the care we provide. Every record, note, and conversation is treated with the highest level of security, and we follow all legal and ethical standards to ensure your personal information remains private. Your trust is vital to the therapeutic process, and we are committed to creating a safe environment where you can share openly, knowing that your information will only be used to support your care and will never be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.
